In 2011, her performance in Super 8 as the main character won she the Spotlight Award for the Hollywood film festival. She was her role as the protagonist in the comedies We Bought a Zoo (2012) as well as Ginger & Rosa (2013). Then, in 2014 and 2019 she portrayed the princess Aurora character in Maleficent.
